Freezer space needed
A 130kg side of beef typically requires approximately 4-5 standard freezer drawers or roughly one small chest freezer. Because everything is vacuum packed and boxed in portions, it stacks neatly and stores easily.

This is what you would get on average for a side of beef. The quantities and number/size of the cuts may be a little higher or lower depending on the weight of the animal but we will give you the final price and list of cuts/quantities beforehand. Approximately 130kg of meat which works out at €13.50 per kilo.
